By creating an account or using Mafold, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptable use & user content
Mafold lets you exchange messages and content with other people and AI assistants. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, or otherwise objectionable, and not to abuse, harass, or impersonate other users.
Moderation, reporting & blocking
You can report objectionable content or users, and block abusive users, from within the app. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a report.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you post and for keeping your credentials secure. Content you send to an AI assistant may be processed by a third-party model provider to generate a reply.
Bots
If you connect your own AI bot or credentials, you are responsible for that bot’s behavior and for any costs it incurs with the provider.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Mafold at any time.
Disclaimer
Mafold is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
